- There are many phone scam groups using the telephone system to steal personal data or do telephone fraud. Please be careful and avoid fraud and identity theft. Both the Taiwanstay and Mapleton Spa Motel would not ask you to operate ATM or do any money transfers.
- After confirming booking online, you have to cancel a booking and make a new booking from the site if you want to change the arrival date. This site does not offer operator or online change date service.
- After confirming booking online, the reservation only can be cancelled from the site. The site does not offer operator service.
- Prices listed in this site have included VAT and service charge.
- Check-in time: 6:00 pm. Check-out time: 12:00 pm.
- When the check-in shall be prevented by the act of God, such as traffic interruption, typhoon and/or whatsoever, users may contact the Mapleton Spa Motel front desk within 3 days from the check-in date (including the check-in day).
